Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has started, work has been completed, or resources have been allocated to the project. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to reach a fair resolution whenever possible.
Clients may be eligible for a partial refund if a project is canceled before substantial work has begun. Any costs incurred for planning, research, design, development, advertising setup, or other completed work will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be issued for completed services, approved deliverables, completed marketing campaigns, domain registrations, hosting services, third-party software purchases, or any work that has already been delivered to the client.
If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered service, we encourage them to contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, provide revisions where applicable, and ensure the project meets the agreed requirements.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with a clear explanation of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
TeleLink Solutions reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or involve completed and approved work.
